EMBRACING LIFE AFTER CANCER
LIVESTRONG at the YMCA is a supportive community of peers affected by cancer, all working together to improve their fitness in a warm and comfortable atmosphere.
Participation in this FREE 12-week program at Decatur Family YMCA includes:
TWICE WEEKLY MEETINGS
FREE YMCA MEMBERSHIP FOR THE DURATION OF THE PROGRAM
SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING WITH SPECIALLY TRAINED YMCA STAFF
