Our trainers create individualized training programs based on your specific needs, abilities, and goals. Whether you’re focused on weight loss, strength, endurance, or mobility, we’ll design a plan that works for you—and keeps you motivated. We offer flexible options to fit your schedule and budget, all while providing expert instruction and accountability.
Personal Training
Work one-on-one with a certified trainer to develop a plan that meets your unique goals. Our personal trainers are experienced professionals—certified and/or degree-holding in their fields—who are passionate about helping you succeed. Sessions are charged monthly via bank draft:
- 1 Hour / Month – $60.00
- 2 Hours / Month – $100.00
- 3 Hours / Month – $147.00
- 4 Hours / Month – $190.00
- 6 Hours / Month – $270.00
- 8 Hours / Month – $320.00
- 12 Hours / Month – $420.00

Group Training
Prefer a group atmosphere? Step into our state-of-the-art Training Studio, where energy is high and workouts are anything but boring. Our Small Group Functional Training sessions combine expert coaching and support for a dynamic, results-driven experience. These programs feature unconventional, challenging workouts that will test your limits and build your confidence.

Short on time but want an effective workout? Lunch Crunch is a 30-minute small group personal training class designed to help you recharge midday and get results—fast. This class meets three days a week (Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday) from 12:00–12:30 PM in the Training Studio, making it the perfect fit for your lunch break.
Led by Director of Health & Wellness, Angela Foulke, each session delivers a fresh, engaging workout that challenges you while meeting you where you are. Angela expertly adapts exercises to accommodate all fitness levels, ensuring everyone feels supported, safe, and successful.
Whether you’re just getting started or looking to push your fitness further, Lunch Crunch is open to members of all abilities and offers personalized coaching in a motivating small-group setting.

Lunch Crunch has a monthly fee on $85/month.
Workday Wrap Up is a small group personal training class designed to help you finish your day strong. Held in our training studio and led by certified personal trainer Tim Rooney, this 30-minute workout delivers an efficient, results-driven session that fits perfectly into your evening routine. Tim keeps each class fresh and engaging while ensuring every workout is challenging, approachable, and adaptable for all fitness levels.
Whether you’re looking to relieve stress, build strength, or boost your energy, Workday Wrap Up offers the right balance of motivation and support for everyone who walks through the door. The class meets twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:00–5:30 PM.
Workday Wrap-Up has a monthly fee of $60/month.
