If you’re a member of SilverSneakers®, Renew Active®, or the Meridian plan, you may already qualify for a YMCA membership—at no cost to you.

For adults 65+. Offered through many Medicare Advantage plans. Check with your insurance provider to see if you’re eligible.
Renew Active®
Included with select Medicare Advantage plans. Get full access to the YMCA’s general membership benefits.
Meridian (State of Illinois)
A new program for qualifying Illinois residents. If you’re enrolled in Meridian, you may now get a free YMCA membership.
