Below are the registration forms for the YMCA After School Care Program. Please fill them out completely and return them to the YMCA Child Center.
Before your child can start the program you must turn in all of your paperwork and pay the first week’s tuition and registration fee. It may take up to two business days after the YMCA has received the paperwork and payment before your child can start.
We do require a separate registration form for each child. This helps us ensure specific information such as health history, allergies, and pickup information is easy to access for YMCA staff.
If you have any questions, please contact Child Care Program Director: Candace Leamon 217-872-9622 ext. 120 or candace.leamon@decaturymca.org.

The YMCA After School Care Program is not meant to extend the school day, however, throughout the program participants will participate in educational activities including weird science, rockets, cooking, and so much more.
Everyone loves having friends to hang out with after school. Although most children have friends from their school, at our afterschool care program, our staff will also help your child make new friends at the site. Our participants make new friendships that extend into their high school years and beyond.
Homework can be a daunting task for you and your child. At the YMCA After School Care Program, we will help your child after school with their homework. Our staff will work with your child to help them understand the material.
